This agreement binds you—the visitor or purchaser—and Styxreonvulil.world, a Netherlands-based operator marketing Rivano dietary supplements. By navigating beyond the cookie banner, sending an inquiry, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read these Terms and the linked policies.
Advertising & unfair commercial practices (EU / NL). Eligibility and authority
You must be at least eighteen or the age of majority in your region. Corporate buyers warrant that their representatives hold signing authority. We may request extract proof before extending net-payment terms.

Shipping, title, and risk

Consumer withdrawal and exceptions
EU consumers retain a fourteen-day cooling-off period for distance contracts. Sealed food supplements lose that protection once opened, provided we disclosed the limitation pre-purchase. Custom-blended batches or wholesale pallets may carry unique restocking fees spelled out in quotes.
Warranty and fitness disclaimer
We warrant that Rivano goods match their description and are free from material manufacturing defects at delivery. We disclaim implied warranties to the extent allowed, except where non-waivable consumer statutes apply.
Limitation of liability
Except for intent, gross negligence, personal injury, or fraud, our aggregate liability caps at the amounts you paid in the preceding twelve months for Rivano goods. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Intellectual property
Brand assets, copy, visual systems, and motion guidelines belong to Styxreonvulil.world or licensors. You receive no licence beyond personal browsing unless a separate agreement grants distribution rights.
Acceptable use
Prohibited actions include probing beyond public endpoints, harvesting data with hostile bots, impersonating partners, or submitting unlawful content through forms. Violations may trigger suspension and cooperation with authorities.
Governing law and venue
These Terms follow Dutch law. Business disputes default to courts in Amsterdam unless mandatory consumer protections assign another forum for private individuals.
